When you request a visit, we collect the contact and stay-preference details you provide. Where Aadhaar is required for resident administration, provide a masked copy wherever possible. The hostel never requests or collects an Aadhaar OTP.

We use enquiry details to confirm availability, arrange visits, answer questions and maintain a record of communication. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose or legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised staff and protected using appropriate controls.
