Are food and electricity included?
Meal-plan inclusions depend on the selected written fee schedule; the confirmed meal service time is 8:00 AM–9:00 AM. Residents pay actual EB usage, divided equally when two or three residents share the applicable room or meter bill.
Can parents visit before booking?
Yes. You can schedule an in-person or video tour. We encourage residents and guardians to see the rooms and safety arrangements before booking.
What documents are required?
A government-issued identity document, resident photograph, guardian details, and college or workplace information are typically required at move-in.
How do I reserve a bed?
Choose your preferred room, request a visit, and our team will confirm current availability and guide you through the advance payment and agreement.
