Advance & vacating notice
Advance is not cash-refundable. Final-month adjustment requires one full month of prior written notice. Check the advance amount under “View advance & other charges”, and confirm the final settlement with management in writing.
Maintenance & electricity
Maintenance is per person, every six months, separate from rent. Electricity is billed separately for actual room consumption and shared among roommates. Check the published amount under “View advance & other charges”; confirm collection timing and the electricity bill and split with the team.
Food plan & room facilities
