One-month security advance amount collected at admission is NOT refundable as cash. It is strictly adjustable against the final month's accommodation charge upon one full month prior written notice, proper room/key handover, and full settlement of EB, maintenance, damages, and admitted dues (ஒரு மாத பாதுகாப்பு அட்வான்ஸ் தொகை பணமாக திரும்ப வழங்கப்படாது; விடுதி விதிமுறைகளின் படி மட்டுமே சரிசெய்யப்படும்).

• Advance is strictly an adjustment amount and carries no interest.
• To adjust advance against final month's rent, resident must give at least 1 full month prior written notice before vacating.
• If vacating without 1 full month written notice, the unserved notice-period amount, unpaid dues, and damages will be adjusted from the advance.

Monthly accommodation charge, EB charges, maintenance, and admitted dues must be paid on or before the 5th day of every month (ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் 5ஆம் தேதிக்குள் செலுத்த வேண்டும்).

• Monthly rent due date: On or before the 5th of every month.
• Maintenance fee: ₹2,000 payable every 6 months (பராமரிப்பு கட்டணம் 6 மாதங்களுக்கு ஒரு முறை ரூ. 2,000).
• Electricity (EB) charges: Based on actual meter/sub-meter consumption at applicable tariff, divided equally among room occupants.

A resident intending to vacate must intimate Management in writing at least one month before the intended vacating date. On vacating, the resident must clear all belongings, return keys, settle dues, and complete joint room inventory inspection.

• Minimum 1 month advance written intimation required.
• All personal belongings must be removed on vacating.
• Unclaimed items left after 1 month of notice may be disposed of as per hostel records.

Normal entry and exit timing is 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Late return, night shift, official travel, or overnight absence must be informed and recorded with Management in advance.

• Gate hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
• Visitors are allowed ONLY in the visitors' area after register entry.
• Male visitors are strictly prohibited beyond the visitors' area and cannot enter resident rooms.
• Overnight stay of guests/visitors in rooms is strictly prohibited.

Residents must maintain discipline, cleanliness, and respectful behaviour. Strict zero-tolerance policies apply to nuisance and illegal acts.

• Cooking, electric stoves, unauthorized heaters, high-load appliances, and wiring alterations are strictly prohibited in rooms.
• Alcohol, smoking, tobacco products, illegal drugs, and gambling are strictly prohibited.
• Duplicate keys, unauthorized entry, trespass, and pets are prohibited.
• Meals are served only in the dining area; utensils/hot boxes must not be retained in rooms.

Residents are responsible for their own cash, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, and documents. Management provides CCTV surveillance in common areas for safety.

• Keep personal belongings locked; report any loss or damage immediately.
• Rooms and bathrooms must be kept clean and hygienic.
• Management may inspect rooms for maintenance, safety, hygiene, and rule compliance.
• Taking photos or recording other residents without permission is strictly prohibited.
